Risk management is an iterative process but the sooner you can identify a potential risk, the better the outcome will be if the risk occurs. Risk planning allows study teams to plan for potential study risks so when issues arise in the study, the study team has a plan in place or a mitigation plan to avoid the risk. In this workshop, Jess will give an in-depth tutorial on the risk management process for statisticians.
