Virtual Population Visualisation: An interactive Shiny application to streamline data exploration and reporting
A Talk by Dr Gareth Burns PhD (Senior Data Scientist, Exploristics)
About this Talk
The Virtual Population Visualisation is a Shiny application designed to streamline statisticians’ workflows by simplifying data wrangling, visualization, and report generation from simulated clinical trial data in KerusCloud. Its interactive interface allows rapid exploration of complex data, enabling users to identify patterns and trends quickly. Users can adjust plot attributes in real-time, facilitating efficient, iterative visualization creation without needing to recall plot specifics. Multiple visualizations can be combined into cohesive presentations with consistent aesthetics and branding, enhancing both efficiency and the visual impact of reports.
